1. Burj Khalifa
Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world over 828 metres and 160+ storeys. It is formerly known as Burj Dubai or Dubai Tower but later so-called Burj Khalifa. The tower name was derived from the name of Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed AI Maktoum, the president of UAE & Abu Dhabi. When the tower faced a financial crisis the president helped by providing funds. From 124th floor one can see the Bird’s Eye view of Dubai and it’s a lifetime experience. You can’t say that you visited Dubai without visiting Burj Khalif, as it is the most visited places to visit in Dubai.
2. Dubai Fountain
It is set on 30 acre Burj Khalifa Lake, which is man-made and it is the world’s largest well-choreographed system. It has 6,600 lights and 25 colour projectors. The fountain can spray 83,000 litres of water in the air and can shoot up to 500 feet.
The fountain is attractive with the lights and music. It can be viewed from any corner of the lake and the surrounding buildings. It performances once in the afternoon at 1:00 pm and 1:30 pm and performances continuously from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
3. Dubai Mall
It is the second largest mall in the world and it is the best place for shopaholics having 1200 retail outlets and a number of food outlets. It has special attractions like Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, VR Park Dubai, Reel Cinemas, Rainforest Cafe, Hysteria, Dubai Dino, Dubai Creek Tower Replica and KidZania.
4. Burj AI Arab Jumeirah
Burj AI Arab Jumeirah is a luxury hotel in Dubai and it is one of the tallest hotels and ranks 5th in the world. This is one of the most important places to visit in Dubai. It is a seven-star hotel and the view from the 27th floor of Palm Jumeirah is worth watching. It stands on an artificial island connecting to the mainland by the private bridge.
5. Palm Islands
These Islands are three artificial islands Palm Jebel Ali, Palm Jumeirah and Palm Deira. Palm Jebel Ali and Palm Deira are still under construction along with the world islands whereas Palm Jumeirah is an artificial island and many advise it to view the island from the air or any sky scrapper. You can take a speed boat to round the entire island. The Atlantis Palm Hotel is in Palm Jumeirah Island which is a 7-star luxury hotel. Apart from the luxury one should not miss the Aqua Venture water park.
6. Dubai Gold Souk
In Dubai, there is an entire market for gold. There are 300 shops. The price of Gold is affordable and is known as the best gold. Many travels to Dubai to shop for Gold. There you could see items in Gold, Platinum, Diamond and silver sometimes. It is the largest gold market in the world, which is one of the primary places to visit in Dubai. It has a wide variety of designs and attracts customers all over the world.
7. Dubai Miracle Garden
It is the largest natural flower garden in the world having 50 million flowers and 250 million plants in 72,000 sq metres. It opens in Mid November to Mid May and available up to the summer. Its attractions are Floral Clock, Floral Castle, Hearts Passage, Lake Park, Lost Paradise, Big Teddy Bear, Mickey Mouse and Emirates A380 which attracts with a wide variety of flowers.
8. Dubai Creek
Dubai Creek is in the middle of the city. It gives you a picture of Arabia’s origin which made Dubai Creek one of the most beautiful places to visit in Dubai. It is a saltwater creek which divides the city into two sections. The view of the city from the creek reminds you of what ancient Dubai is.
9. Global Village
It is the world’s largest destination for tourism. Global Village is a multicultural festival that shows different cultures across the globe with shopping, events, concerts, Dining and Carnival. It starts in October and ends in April 1st More than 75 countries displaying their handicrafts and snacks. You also can enjoy the rides, games, stunt show and musicals.
10. Ski Dubai
It is one of the top places to visit in Dubai. It is in the Mall of the Emirates, one of the largest shopping malls in the world. Ski Dubai is an indoor ski resort spreading over 22,500 Sq.meters maintaining -1 to 2 degrees Celsius throughout the year. The ski resort has many activities for both children and adults like Sledding, Tobogganing and climbs towers. You can also explore ice cave or join in a Giant Ball run or jump 10 feet ramp or get an aerial view of the resort with the chairlift and many more.
